Give it a go...

Sharon I can't believe I didn't do it sooner!

Jennifer, Wait til my next post and you'll see why! :) But I'll keep in mind for the future xemmanihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04210606593812739748noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943556684118656522.post-50430510926117958822008-08-15T18:10:00.000+01:002008-08-15T18:10:00.000+01:00EmmaniI can't make it without a menu plan for the ...Emmani
I can't make it without a menu plan for the week, honest! I would bumble through the week, it would be horrible. :D

However, I just want to tell you, well done, and KEEP the week's menu. If you can manage to do this for 8 weeks, you can give yourself a rotation, so you'll only ever eat the same 'week of food' menu once every two months. Hope that makes sense. Maybe you could even double the recipe sometimes so come 8 weeks later, you can defrost a meal or two?

My 8 week plan beats making up 52 weekly menu plans anyway, give it some thought.

Take care!
JenniferJenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06815336062313580688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943556684118656522.post-89182713451920642072008-08-14T07:37:00.000+01:002008-08-14T07:37:00.000+01:00Well done!More people seem to be picking up the id...Well done!

More people seem to be picking up the idea of menu planning nowadays and believe me, since I started I've saved loads of both money and time.

I keep a running inventory of everything I have in the cupboard/freezer/fridge so I know what I have to plan around and what I need to buy. It makes life so much easier.

I bought couscous for the first time in my life yesterday so thanks for the tip on how to prepare it :)Sharon Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09050104785278502068noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943556684118656522.post-49958196751938344522008-08-13T22:30:00.000+01:002008-08-13T22:30:00.000+01:00Mmmm...your menus sound so yummy!! I always tell ...Mmmm...your menus sound so yummy!! I always tell myself that I should stop shopping at Tesco's (before they take over the whole world...well not quite) and support some of the local shopkeepers, but I always end up going to Tesco's, just because it's more convenient and then I end up kicking myself for not following my convictions!
There's a motive though, if shopping locally is cheaper than Tesco's.

P.S I left a comment on your previous post, answering your question.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
